Every additional vehicle gets $15 off its own class rate, on any plan. The discount reflects the real efficiency of one visit, not a discount on the work. Every vehicle is reset on its own first.

Do I need a membership to book?

No. Every vehicle starts with a maintenance evaluation. Membership is the option to keep the car at a known condition afterward. We factory reset your car, then maintain it forever.

What does a reset involve?

We reset the car to a known, documented condition first. A full Reset does it, and so does anything on the correction and ceramic ladder, from a Gloss Enhancement Polish (from $460) up to a Ceramic Finish Enhancement Package (from $1,180). The Intermediate and Maximum Packages each reset a vehicle in a single visit.

Will I be charged automatically?

No. Both monthly and seasonal cadences are billed after each visit, with no autodraft. Prepaying the full year upfront is the only advance-payment option, and it is entirely optional.

What is the difference between Concierge and Preservation?

Concierge is built for the daily driver and includes coating monitoring on every visit. Preservation is built for exotic, high-value, and long-term appearance cars, and adds a color-matched touch-up kit made for your car plus two Light Polish and Spot Correction visits a year.

Is coating monitoring an upsell?

Never. It is checked on every Concierge and Preservation visit. We are looking at how the existing protection is holding up, not looking for a reason to apply more.
