We are not a volume service that turns several cars a day. One car gets the day it needs: a Minimum Package is about half a day, an Intermediate or Maximum is a full day, and a maintenance route is four cars at most. Quality over quantity, for a result that lasts rather than a car that is clean for now. We work from your hose bib and an outside outlet, no water tank and no generator, so the day stays quiet enough for the neighbors and the HOA. What you hear is the vacuum, the pressure washer, the polisher and a crew enjoying the work.

We bring the car back to a known, documented condition in a single visit. Three exterior packages do it, each building on the last, priced by vehicle class. Ceramic coating is never sold on its own, because a coating locks in whatever surface is underneath it.
- +Minimum Package, from $300. The full exterior reset plus a machine spot polish on isolated minor marks.
- +Intermediate Package, from $700 with CQuartz UK 3.0. Adds a full-vehicle one-step machine polish and your choice of CarPro coating on the paint.
- +Maximum Package, from $1,000 with CQuartz UK 3.0. Adds windshield, wheel and exterior trim coating: $700 + $300 = $1,000.
- +Multi-step paint correction, from $400. Replaces the one-step polish on the Intermediate and Maximum.
- +Interior Reset or Interior Refresh, from $220 or $150. Interior is an add-on to an exterior package. The Refresh is for a car already in maintenance condition.
Once the paint is brought back, protection is the step that keeps it that way. A coating always goes on prepped paint, never on its own, which is why it is priced as a package. From there it can be extended to trim and lights, wheels, glass, a convertible top, leather and interior textiles, each priced by vehicle class on the add-ons page. The Maximum Package includes the windshield, wheels and trim.

After the reset, maintenance is one scheduled visit a month: $120 Compact, $150 Standard, $185 XLE for the exterior, or $150 · $180 · $225 with the interior included. Exterior wash and dry, wheels and glass, protection topped up, and a coating health check, billed after each visit. Quarterly and bi-annual rhythms are priced on the maintenance page. How much does the assessment cost?
Nothing. The assessment is free, with no obligation. It is for two kinds of car: one you are not sure about and would rather have looked at in person, and one that is already well kept, whether garaged, seasonal, coated, recently bought or recently detailed by someone else. We look, then either start maintenance or recommend the right reset. If you already know what the car needs, build a package quote and skip it.
What happens after I send a quote?
Your build lands in our inbox and we reply by email within 24 hours with an estimate for your vehicle. Approve it and we confirm the date. Nothing is charged until you approve, and a 25% deposit then holds a package date.
How soon can you come?
Pick the date you prefer in the builder and we confirm our availability when we reply with the estimate. Every date is confirmed by hand, so the builder starts seven days out.
Do I need a maintenance plan to book?
No. Every vehicle starts with a free assessment. Maintenance is simply the option to keep the car at a known condition afterward. We factory reset your car, then maintain it forever.
What does a reset involve?
One of the three exterior packages, each in a single visit, priced by vehicle class. The Minimum Package (from $300) resets the exterior with a machine spot polish on minor marks. The Intermediate Package (from $700) adds a full-vehicle one-step polish and your choice of CarPro coating. The Maximum Package (from $1,000) extends the coating to the windshield, wheels and exterior trim. Multi-step paint correction (from $400) replaces the one-step polish, and interior is an add-on.
Why does the car have to be reset first?
Because ongoing care should maintain a known, documented baseline, not chase a car that was never brought back. The reset is both quality control and the reason maintenance can stay efficient and affordable over time.
Can I start monthly maintenance straight away?
Book the free assessment and we will tell you. Maintenance visits are built to hold a car that has already been reset, not to bring one back from neglect. If the last full detail or ceramic service was more than 6 months ago, never done, or you are not sure, we will say so on arrival and recommend the package that fits.
How long does the coating last?
Our top coating, CarPro DQuartz GO, is a nano-diamond coating rated for 3 years with proper maintenance, which we push for on every ceramic service. We pick it deliberately over 5 and 10 year coatings. A longer rating does not put more protection on the paint, and those numbers are only reached if the car is maintained for that entire period. That suits a showroom, museum or weekend car. A daily driver sits in the elements, so we would rather spend the difference on paint hardness than on a longer number. Three years is also about how long most of our clients keep a car.
Why not a 5 or 10 year coating?
Because hardness protects a daily driver more than longevity does. A 10 year coating asks for a 10 year maintenance commitment before it delivers what it says on the bottle. DQuartz GO asks for 3, which is a commitment most people actually keep, and its added paint hardness is doing more work day to day on a car that is driven, parked outside and washed regularly.
Is coating monitoring an upsell?
Never. It is checked and reported on every maintenance visit. We are looking at how the existing protection is holding up, not looking for a reason to apply more.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Maintenance is billed after each visit, with no autodraft. Prepaying the full year upfront is the only advance-payment option, and it is entirely optional.
Are you really mobile?
Yes. We come to the customer, at home, at the office, wherever the car is, instead of the customer coming to a shop.
What area do you serve?
We are based in Frederick, Maryland and serve Maryland, the DC suburbs and Northern Virginia, most of it within about an hour of Frederick. Do you handle more than one vehicle?
Yes. With two or more vehicles on maintenance, every one of them is $15 off its own visit rate, the first included. We can do three or four cars in a day depending on size and condition; a larger household is split across two visits a month at no extra cost, arranged at the first service. Each vehicle is reset on its own first.
Which price class is my car?
You pick the shape closest to your car in the quote builder and the price follows. Coupes, sedans, hatchbacks and two-seat convertibles are Compact. Sedan-size convertibles, SUVs, crossovers and compact trucks are Standard. Full-size, large or custom trucks, large SUVs and vans are XLE. Exotics and vintage European cars are XLE as well, for a different reason, covered in the next answer. Something in between? Pick the closest and tell us in the notes. Why are exotics and vintage cars priced as XLE when they are smaller than a truck?
Because size is only part of what sets the rate. An exotic or a vintage car asks for more time and more care, not more car. Older paint, single-stage finishes and original chrome and trim need the same kind of judgment as modern soft paint. Paint is often softer or thinner and is measured and worked panel by panel. Carbon fiber, exposed materials and intricate aero each have their own rules. Wheels and brakes take longer to clean and coat properly. And the margin for error is smaller, so every step gets extra attention. The XLE rate pays for that expertise and attention to detail, not the footprint. Do you need my water and power? Is it loud?
We work from your hose bib and an outside outlet, so we do not haul a water tank or run a loud generator. The day is quiet enough for your neighbors and your HOA. What you will hear is a vacuum, a pressure washer, a polisher, and a crew that enjoys the work.
